Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Shorties. If something's not right, we're here to help.
Our 30-day promise
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
For refunds: Items must be unopened (plastic seal intact).
For exchanges: We can accept opened sets as long as the nails are unused.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@shortiesnails.com.au with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
Please reach out before sending anything back — items returned without prior approval can't be accepted.
Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using tracked shipping.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us right away at hello@shortiesnails.com.au. We'll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges
Email us at hello@shortiesnails.com.au and we'll arrange your exchange. We'll send your new item(s) as soon as we receive your return.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us right away at hello@shortiesnails.com.au. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — and we'll cover return shipping.
What we can't accept
- Items returned without prior approval
- Clearance or final sale items (these are marked as "final sale" at checkout)
