Many press-ons have a thick base that sits visibly on the nail. Shorties are tapered thin at the cuticle; no visible line, no thick edge. Just polished, natural nails that give you confidence without compromise.

Shorties are made from a high-quality acrylic polymer commonly used in professional nail products.

1. Start with clean, dry nails
2. Choose the nail size that fits each finger best
3. Apply glue to your natural nail and the back of the Shortie
4. Press firmly for 10-15 seconds
5. Avoid water for at least one hour

Adhesive tabs are included in every set. Peel and stick a tab onto your natural nail, remove the protective plastic, then press the nail on top. Tabs are best for short-term wear (3-4 days) and make it easier to reuse your Shorties.

With adhesive tabs: 3-4 days. With glue: 10-14 days. Just be gentle, avoid dishwashing marathons or heavy-duty scrubbing, please!

They're made for one-time wear but if you handle them carefully, a second round is possible.

Soak your nails in warm, soapy water (or apply our Remover Serum) for 10-15 minutes, then gently wiggle them off. Never rip or force them, this can damage your natural nails.

No, not if you remove them properly. Press-ons are gentler than acrylics (no harsh chemicals or drilling) and gel (no UV curing or acetone soaking). The key is following our removal instructions and giving your nails occasional breaks between wears (2-3 days). See our Nail care page for more detail.

You'll lightly buff the surface to help Shorties adhere. This removes natural oils and shine, similar to prepping for regular polish.

Wear Shorties for up to two weeks, then give your nails a 2-3 day break before your next set. This lets your nails breathe and recover.

Yes. Every set includes a small glue dropper for secure, long-lasting wear. If you prefer easier application or plan to reapply frequently, we recommend our Brush-On Glue (sold separately).
